Capacity Building for Food Safety Practices in Fish Farmers in Bangladesh: A Problem-Based Learning Approach

Purpose: This paper discusses how a problem-based learning (PBL) approach can be used effectively to resolve problems in food safety standards being adopted by fish farmers Bangladesh. Using the example of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Safety Programme, this further highlights potential PBL promote capabilities needed train multiple stakeholders, including staff working local, district, national organisations, for local apply FAO Code Practice their farms.
